5 Critical Interview Tips

Looking for a new job? Make sure to follow these 5 critical interview tips!

First of all, read the job description. You need to know what the main responsibilities and requirements are before you go into the interview so you can be prepared to speak to your experience as it relates to the job. 

Second, be sure to review the company website. Get to know a little bit about their history, values, who their leadership is, who their ideal client is, and other valuable information.

Third, make sure you are prepared to speak to your most relevant skills and experience, again, as they relate to the job, company, and/or industry. In addition, highlight your greatest and most relevant accomplishments, so they know why they need to consider you for that job! Lastly, ask thoughtful questions. This will help you make the best possible decision for yourself and demonstrate you are highly engaged and interested.
