How to Get Career Clarity

Are you still trying to figure out what you want to do with your life? Most people are… even years into their career. Here are the 5 steps I recommend you follow to help you gain career clarity.

First, evaluate your current situation. I’m a firm believer of getting clear on your starting point to best navigate the way forward. Then, identify what you want to do more of and what you want to do less of. From there you’ll need to do some brainstorming and research to find jobs that align with your goals. Finally, map out your career path so you know where to start and you can make it happen!
