How COVID has Impacted Hiring

I don’t think anyone was really prepared for what 2020 and COVID would bring, but 2020 happened and hiring, among many other things, has been turned on its head. In this video I talk about how COVID has shaken up the candidate pool quite a bit, what new interview protocols have emerged as a result, and the huge spike in remote work.
